Advent Season Events at Wamego First Presbyterian Saturday, December 7 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm – T Lights Childcare Service- Make reservations in the church office. Teens will provide childcare service for parents needing time for holiday shopping, etc.
Sunday, December 8 9:00 am – Children’s Program Practice during Christian Education time 10:15 am – Children’s Christmas Program during Worship 5:30 pm – Weekly Advent Study – Light supper at 5:30, followed by study at 6:00 pm
Sunday, December 15 9:00 am – Youth Connection – Teens and their families are invited to meet in the church kitchen to make cookies for CHM. 1:30 pm – Christmas Caroling I – sponsored by the Deacons. Meet at the church and travel to Manhattan to carol to our members and friends of the church. 4:00 pm – Christmas Caroling II – sponsored by the Deacons. Meet at the church and carol to members and friends in Wamego. 5:30 pm – Soup Supper for Christmas Caroling participants and attendees for the Advent study. 6:00 pm – Weekly Advent Study
