A group of 20 members of our congregation participated in our first SWOT meeting on January 18 to identify our church’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and help the Church Renewal Committee’s goal, which is to determine the needs of our congregation, develop strategies to address those needs moving forward, and ultimately reinvigorate our church. Participation was lively, and many excellent observations were made and strategy ideas suggested.
