The Deacons hosted Christmas Caroling on the afternoon of December 9. The first group met at the church at 1:30 pm and caravanned to Manhattan. They visited our members residing at Meadowlark Hills, St. Joseph’s/Via Christi, and Stoneybrook Retirement Communities. A second group joined at the church at 4:00 pm and continued caroling in Wamego with stops at Vintage Park, Valley Vista, and various members’ homes. The Deacons also presented a poinsettia to the each member visited. The festivities ended with supper and fellowship at the church at 5:30 pm. Thank you to the Deacons’ Special Events Committee for organizing this annual event!
