On April 27, we experienced Inside-Out Sunday! Sponsored by the Worship Committee, we moved our worship service from “inside” the sanctuary to “outside”, in the church and throughout the community.
Inside-Out Sunday gave our congregation an opportunity to explore another form of stewardship – by sharing God’s love through serving others.
Individuals and teams assisted in identifying special projects to tackle for the day. Some groups stayed at the church, while others circulated throughout the community, reaching out to people by sharing their time, talents, and treasures.
Although the soggy weather may have changed the plans for some of the outdoor projects, the rain didn’t dampen the spirits of those that came to share in the activities and serve.
