Eleven ladies braved the cold outside temps to attend the WPW Women’s Christmas Gathering in Fellowship Hall on Sunday afternoon.
Lynne Morton led everyone in an activity of singing the Twelve Days of Christmas, where each person was given a solo on different parts of the song. She also gave a history of the biblical references found in the lyrics.
Brenda Patterson gave her annual reading of the Cajun version of “The Night Before Christmas”, which is always a joy!
The ladies enjoyed a time of fellowship while tasting a variety of sweet and savory snacks. The gathering ended with a lively gift exchange with lots of trading of presents!
