Sunday, May 12 was a celebration of Mother’s Day and a chance to honor all women of the church that guide, teach, and encourage our children and youth. Each lady was greeted with a specially made candy rose, with the flavor of her choosing. In addition, the GPS Children’s Choir performed several new songs with a Mother’s Day theme, sung to tunes of some familiar Christmas carols.
